Peking, November 22, 1908.

I have received a further telegram, dated yesterday, from His Majesty's Consul at Wuhu, informing me that, according to reports from His Majesty's ship "Flora," lying off Nganking, the safety of the foreign missionaries is assured, and the situation is becoming quieter.
